Return & Refund Policy

At Elan and Stone, each piece is carefully crafted and curated to reflect timeless elegance and refined design. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with style, size, or appearance

All sales are considered final once the order is placed.


Eligibility for Exceptions

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Proof (photos or videos) must be provided

Requests made outside this timeframe may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized pieces

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your case qualifies under the exception policy (defective or incorrect item), we will:

  • Offer a replacement, subject to availability, or
  • Provide an alternative solution at our discretion

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for preference-based reasons.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement is not available for a defective or incorrect item, and
  • The return is approved after inspection

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.

Chargebacks filed for reasons that violate these terms (such as change of mind or dissatisfaction) may be contested with supporting evidence, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Order confirmation
  • Policy acceptance
  • Shipping records

Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Refunds are not automatically issued for delivery disputes, but we will work to resolve each case appropriately.


European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers retain the right to request a return within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
